Rose City Archives utilizes Database Management software to organize records information by category, chronology or any other criteria necessary. We also track for our customers record destruction dates, so that they are not paying to store redundant or expired materials.

All boxes received by Rose City Archives receive a bar code label. This label becomes the box’s serial number that is used to track the box’s history while stored here. So not only do we have a record of receiving each of your items we also know precisely where to find it to keep your business operating efficiently.
